This Italian joint is a must! The beer selection is outrageously vast, it puts any liquor store Iâ€™ve ever been into to shame. Had dinner with a friend there after NAMM show and it is hands-down our new favorite place to eat. Anytime you are in or around the Anaheim convention center I highly recommend. Prices were affordable, food was delicious and service was fast and proper. Hidden gem in the OC for sure. other added bonus is theyâ€™re open late.

This spot offers great service and enjoyable meals. My favourite spot in town. The food came out quickly and the rates are affordable. Highly recommended.

The staff at Carolina's provided exceptional customer service. They made great menu recommendations, provided tasters of a few things, and were attentive at all times. I have eaten at a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and the staff at this Carolina's provided a comparable level of service.
